Tamarack Brewing Company (Lakeside / Whitefish)

The family business idea started over beers and landed in Lakeside, Montana — and it stuck. Tamarack Brewing opened in the summer of 2007, brewed 380 barrels its first year, and by its own account has grown to 4,400. A second location followed in Missoula in 2011. The Lakeside brewpub sits at the base of Blacktail Mountain along Flathead Lake.
