Paso Robles City Park (Downtown City Park)

James and Daniel Blackburn donated this land to the city for a public park — that founding gesture has held for generations. The park anchors downtown Paso Robles with a hexagonal gazebo at its center, horseshoe pits, picnic tables, and a playground. It hosts the Wine Festival, car shows, and concerts through the year. The Carnegie Library at its edge now holds historical archives. Whatever else the city has become — wine country, festival destination — the park is where Paso Robles keeps showing up as itself.
