California Mid-State Fair (Paso Robles Event Center)

Every July for 12 days, the California Mid-State Fair takes over the Paso Robles Event Center — 40 acres, more than 75,000 square feet of building space, set in the middle of wine country. The fair runs commercial beverage competitions, a grandstand concert series drawing national touring artists, livestock shows, rodeo, and the full range of agricultural competition. The grounds operate year-round for events and camping outside the fair window. The 2026 fair runs July 15–26.
