Arizona Nordic Village

At the base of the San Francisco Peaks, Arizona Nordic Village runs more than 35 miles of groomed trails through ponderosa pine at 8,000 feet. Open mid-November through mid-April for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, the trails convert to hiking and biking come spring. The operation runs under a special use permit from the U.S. Forest Service, on land belonging to Babbitt Ranches.
