Deadwood Trolley and Historic Main Street

In 1876, prospectors found gold in a gulch full of dead trees, and Deadwood was born. The town it became — saloons, gamblers, gunslingers on cobblestone streets — is still the town you walk into on Main Street today, listed on the National Register of Historic Places and still, improbably, running.
