Pillar Church (First Reformed Church of Holland)

Albertus Van Raalte founded this Reformed church in Holland, Michigan, in 1847, anchoring one of the earliest Dutch immigrant settlements in the state. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. A recent renovation added classrooms and community space while preserving the original architectural character. It remains an active congregation.
