Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort

Good forOutdoor loversHistory buffs

The springs were known to local Native American tribes long before settlers arrived in the 1880s. An elaborate resort opened in 1912, burned down in 1916, was rebuilt on a smaller scale in the 1920s, and rebuilt again in the 1980s. Today, managed by Aramark within Olympic National Park, the resort runs three hot mineral pools alongside a freshwater swimming pool, with lodging cabins, dining, and massage services. It operates late March through mid-October.
