Breckenridge Arts District (NW1 Area)

The Breckenridge Arts District took shape starting in 2001, anchored by a cluster of historically significant structures near South Ridge Street and Washington Avenue. Its core is a campus of renovated buildings where artists work, teach, and hold open studios. The Riverwalk Center — an indoor amphitheater — anchors the district, alongside resident artist spaces and the Tin Shop, which hosts visiting artists from across the country.
