Reptile Gardens

Guinness World Records has certified it twice — 2014 and 2018 — as the world's largest reptile zoo. Earl Brockelsby founded the place in 1937 with a bank loan and local snakes pulled from the wild; his family still runs it. The anchor is Maniac, a saltwater crocodile nearly 16 feet long and roughly 1,250 pounds — one of the largest in the western hemisphere. Open first Saturday of March through November 30.
